General Information

Registration:

After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration.

Raffle Tickets:

We will be conducting a raffle with the Grand Prize including; 42" Wide Screen HD Plasma TV, 20" HD LCD TV/DVD Combination, and a portable DVD Player. Raffle tickets are $5.00 each and can be purchased in advance by calling 352.253.2200 or they can be purchased at the event. You do not need to be present to win.

Chauffeured Carts:

If you really want to enjoy your day, let us provide you with a chauffeured cart for your round of golf, and let the rest of your foursome drive while you relax. Contact our PowerOne Golf Guru at golfinfo@power1.com for more information.

Practice Areas:

Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 7:00 A.M.

Golf Shop:

Golf Shop will open at 7:00 A.M.

Attire:

Casual attire during the event. Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course.

Scoring Procedure:

A scramble is one of the all-time favorite team games for outings and tournaments. Four-member teams are the most common, but a scramble can also be played with two or three players per team.

In a scramble, each team member will hit a tee shot and the best drive is selected. The other team members will move their balls to the selected drive and all play the second shot from this location. The best second shot is selected and the procedure is repeated until the ball is holed out.

Long ball hitters are an advantage in this game, however, short game skills are necessary to post a competitive score. Since putting plays a big part in a scramble, every team member can make a contribution.

Mulligans:

Mulligans are $10 each which you may purchase at the registration table or online.

Course Refreshments & Lunch

Course refreshments and snacks will be offered via concession carts. Additionally there will be free beer, soft drinks and water offered on various holes throughout the course. Lunch will also be served in the Clubhouse dining room. Look forward to: Ribs, Chopped Pork, Italian sausage sandwiches, Beans, Slaw, Relish tray and Iced tea will be served after play.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:

Available at registration.

Raffle Prize:

The Grand Prize will be drawn during lunch when all players have finished their game.

Inclement Weather:

Please dress appropriately and be prepared to play if safe play is possible.

Car Keys:

Important! Please bring your car keys with you onto the course. After play, return your golf bag to your car before returning to the clubhouse for some delicious food, cold drinks, awesome door prizes and an amazing raffle drawing.

Men use the white tees. Women use the yellow tees.
